Shipping Policy

We strive to ensure that your order arrives hastily and on time, if not ahead of schedule.

 

We move fast!

Order are generally shipped out from our facility within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) of ordering unless an item is temporarily backordered, a pre-order, or if additional verification is needed for your order (i.e. bad address, fraud prevention). 

Trackable & reliable shipping

Packages are generally shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL with trackable service which will be emailed to you once your package is being prepared. If you prefer a delivery with signature confirmation required, please let us know in your order comments and we will be sure to include it at no additional charge. Certain delivery instructions however, we are unable to include with your order (e.g. "bring it around back")

We care about your purchase

Boxes are amply sized and we do our best to ensure your items are well-protected during shipping. We may add tape over liquid products to help prevent leakage. If an item arrives damaged or an order arrives incorrect, please contact us immediately for assistance.

  • Orders are shipped via USPS Priority or USPS Parcel Select Ground or UPS Ground shipping (Whichever option is the lowest cost). If you have a preferred shipping option, the order may be subject to the difference of the shipping cost and the $10 standard shipping charge.
  • Aerosols and some chemicals can only be shipped via Ground Shipping.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply to orders after being placed due to weight, distance, size, and/or items requiring ground shipment.
  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or Military APO/FPO and Canada addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges. (Free Shipping may not apply)
  • Free shipping does not apply to Mats, Equipment and Furniture
  • Shipping method for Mats, Equipment and Furniture orders will be determined by item/order weight. Mats, Equipment and Furniture cannot be sent to a P.O. Box or using USPS. Mats, Equipment and Furniture cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or Military APO/FPO and Canada at this time.
  • If your order is “returned to sender”, additional shipping charges will be required from the buyer to re-ship the package. Otherwise, the order will be refunded less the actual shipping cost whether free shipping or standard shipping was used (the cost may be more than the standard shipping depending on location and weight of the package).
  • CertifiedClippers.com is in no way responsible for any shipment that is not delivered due to a lost package and/or if a signature is required for a package to be delivered. Please track your package and confirm signature requirements. You can schedule delivery times with the carrier at your own expense. By placing an order on CertifiedClippers.com you are agreeing to these terms and there by forfeit any right to dispute any shipment that has been delayed, lost, stolen or non-deliverable due to natural causes or delivery issues unless the fault is of Certifiedclippers.com. We will do our best to help you resolve any missing package cases.

Free Shipping: (In addition to standard shipping terms)

  • Free shipping may apply to most orders shipped within the Contiguous United States.
  • In order to receive the free shipping, the free shipping code must be applied during checkout AND the free shipping option must be chosen as the shipping method.
  • For the Free shipping offer, the merchandise total must reach $100 after all discounts & before taxes and shipping.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply to orders after being placed due to weight, distance, size, and/or items requiring ground shipment. In this case, Free shipping may be issued as a $10 credit towards the difference of the actual shipping cost and the customer will be contacted regarding the additional shipping cost before the order is shipped.
  • Free shipping does not apply to Mats, Equipment and Furniture
  • If your order is “returned to sender”, additional shipping charges will be required from the buyer to re-ship the package. Other important information

  • Some items are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse so your order may arrive in multiple shipments.
  • We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
  • In the event of a stolen or lost package that is not due to an incorrect address, a police report will be required in order to receive a replacement or refund.
