Refund and Replacement Policy
No Returns Policy
Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of any products purchased from our site at this time. All unofficial returns are subject to a restock fee of $29.99. Once an order reaches fulfillment, it cannot be canceled. All order cancellations are subject to a 45% cancellation fee. No exceptions. Preorders fall into this same policy. However, we may offer store credit on preorders with a long wait time. For more on cancellations, review our Refund Policy page.
Exceptions:
Items in the categories below may not be returned under any circumstance due to the nature of the products:
- Chemicals
- Liquids
- Aerosols
- Clipper/Trimmer Blades
- Scissors/Shears
- Razors/Razor Holders
Replacement Policy:
If there is an issue with your item, you can file a warranty claim directly with the manufacturer. We may also consider a replacement depending on the nature of the issue.
For items eligible for replacements:
- Returned items must be in brand new, unopened, and unused condition - with the exception of hair dryers, flat irons, and curlers.
- Returned items must include all original items, accessories, manuals, packaging, etc.
- Returned items must be sent back to us (postmarked) within 10 days of your order being delivered to you.
- Returned items must be well packaged and protected to avoid damage during shipping.
Non-Returnable Items:
