Refund & Replacement Policy
No General Returns
Due to the high volume of orders we process, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges of products purchased from our site.

Unofficial returns are subject to a $29.99 restocking fee.

Order cancellations are not permitted once an order has reached fulfillment. Any approved cancellations prior to fulfillment are subject to a 45% cancellation fee.

Preorders follow the same policy. Store credit may be offered for preorders with extended wait times.
Klarna Purchases – 14-Day Refund Policy
In compliance with Klarna’s guidelines, we offer a 14-day refund policy on purchases made using Klarna, subject to the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in brand-new condition.

All original items, accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included.

Items must be returned within 14 days from delivery (postmark date applies).

Refunds will only be issued after the item has been thoroughly inspected and recorded to confirm eligibility.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
These refund terms apply only to Klarna purchases.

Replacement Policy
If there is an issue with your item, you may file a warranty claim directly with the manufacturer. In some cases, we may consider a replacement depending on the nature of the issue.
For items eligible for replacement:

Items must be in brand new, unopened, and unused condition (with the exception of hair dryers, flat irons, and curlers, which may be inspected on a case-by-case basis).

Returned items must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery.

Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
