Shipping policy

We strive to ensure that your order arrives quickly, safely, and on time.

Processing Times

  • Orders are generally processed and shipped from our facility within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Pre-orders, backorders, or orders requiring additional verification (e.g., incorrect address, fraud prevention) may take longer.

Delivery Times

  • Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days within the contiguous United States, depending on the shipping method and destination.

  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, Military APO/FPO, or Canada may take longer and may be subject to additional charges.

Shipping Methods

  • We ship via USPS, UPS, or DHL using trackable services. Tracking details will be emailed once your package is prepared.

  • Orders may be shipped via USPS Priority, USPS Parcel Select Ground, or UPS Ground (whichever option is most cost-effective).

  • Aerosols and some chemicals can only be shipped via Ground Shipping.

  • Mats, Equipment, and Furniture cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, Military APO/FPO, or Canada.

Free Shipping

  • Free shipping applies to most orders of $100 or more shipped within the contiguous United States.

  • To qualify, the free shipping code must be applied at checkout, and the free shipping method must be selected.

  • Free shipping does not apply to Mats, Equipment, or Furniture.

  • If additional charges apply due to weight, distance, or oversized items, a $10 credit will be applied toward the difference, and customers will be contacted before the order ships.

Important Information

  • If an order is “returned to sender,” buyers are responsible for re-shipment costs. Otherwise, the order will be refunded less the actual shipping cost (even if the original order included free shipping).

  • CertifiedClippers.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, delivery delays, or issues requiring a signature. Customers are encouraged to track their package and confirm signature requirements directly with the carrier.

  • Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse and may arrive in multiple shipments.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

  • For stolen or lost packages not due to an incorrect address, a police report may be required for a replacement or refund.
